The Feast of Pikeperch 2014 behind us

On the 16th of August 2014 another Feast of Pikeperch was held in Lubniewice, Lubuskie province. This year the event was held in a folk style. During this year's event participants could take part in the Pikeperch grilling championships, Miss Lubniewice Contest 2014, as well as many concerts; the star of the evening was the Piersi band. Thrill seekers could participate in various contests or watch the vintage vehicles show. There was no shortage of attractions for the youngest. The Princes Lubomirski Foundation along with, among others, Lubniewice Forest Division, Voluntary Fire Brigade in Lubniewice, Plus Radio Gorzów, Witnica Brewery, "Mam Marzenie" Foundation and many other entities are numbered among Partners and Friends, without whom this event could not have taken place.When organizing the Feast of Pikeperch, the President of the Princes Lubomirski Foundation, for many years, has been cooperating with Tomasz Jaskuła, the Mayor of Lubniewice. He also opens to the guests of the event the castle interiors, private roads and the historic park, where we can admire about 100 rare species of plants.We are looking forward to another Feast of Pikeperch next year.
