THE PORTRAIT OF THE PRINCE ZDZISŁAW LUBOMIRSKI IN THE LOST MUSEUM
Jan Lubomirski-Lanckoroński, the President of the Management Board of the Princes Lubomirski Foundation took part in the recording on the subject of the famous portrait of the Prince Regent Zdzisław Lubomirski by Stanisław Lentz. It was an outstanding work, full of tension, contradictions and symbols.
The programme was recorded within the framework of the “Lost Museum” project, which is aimed at doing research and reporting the scale of the destruction and the plundering of the Polish art during World War II. The participants are known and highly regarded persons, such as Hanna Wróblewska – the Director of Zachęta – the National Gallery of Art, Radosław Zawrotniak – the silver medallist from Beijing, and Krzysztof Piasecki – a satirist and journalist.
